The Joel Barlow High School Football Booster Club is dedicated to the tradition and excellence of Joel Barlow High School Football. Its members are friends, parents, alumni, and town advocates who appreciate the value of Barlow Football in our community. The JBHS Football Booster Club’s members believe that a vibrant and competitive football program should be a source of pride for the Barlow community, and that Barlow Football compliments Barlow’s academic rigor to produce well-rounded student-athletes and graduates.

The Joel Barlow HS Football Booster Club actively supports Barlow Football and Barlow Cheerleading. Its members volunteer their time and effort to provide the support necessary to make the Barlow Football experience a rewarding one for all players, cheerleaders, parents, and coaches involved.

Instructions for Taking Program Orders

There are two types of supporters to solicit sponsorship ads from:

1.
Traditional ads or listings
Program Back Cover (1) $550
Inside cover (2) $450
Full Page $300
Half Page $175
Quarter Page $125
Eighth Page (business card) $75
Program Booster (name listing only) $50

2.
Friends of Falcon Football
Level Donation
Platinum Falcon $2,500
Gold Falcon $1,000
Silver Falcon $500

This donation will include a listing on our Friends of Falcon Football page, in addition to a full page ad and recognition plaque.

Your Role

1. First we must organize ourselves to insure we identify and contact all local business.

2. Use last years program as a guide. Secure ads from the people who gave ads last year. However, do not call on the businesses that other team members sold. It will be their responsibility to secure these ads again.

3. Don’t stop there! Go through the phone book and look for other possibilities (check all listings first so we don’t go to ones that another player/cheerleader already has).

4. Contact anyone else you or your family may think could be interested.

5. Personally visit, phone or mail the ad form and then follow-up.

6. You or your sponsor should complete the ad form (don’t forget to fill in your name) by checking the ad they want to purchase.

7. Attach the ad copy, form and check together.

8. Mail the ad form, the check and a copy of the ad to the name at the bottom of the ad form. Final due date is 8/15. If you sponsor mails it himself or herself, all the information they need is on the ad form.
